I want to sign up or get more information about a trip but I can’t find the trip link.
To get your trip link, please contact your trip host or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with which trip you’re looking for and we will get it to you ASAP.
After I pay my deposit, when do I pay for the rest of my trip?
Once you pay your deposit, feel free to sit back and relax. You will receive an email about 4 months before the start of your tour with a link where you will pay your remaining balance. The final payment is due 3 months before the start of your trip. If you don’t receive the payment request (and you’ve checked your junk folder), email us at email@example.com and we will double check that your email is spelled correctly in our system and send you another request!
Can I make payments towards my trip?

My order status is pending, what does that mean?
In most cases, your order status will be confirmed about 24 hours after booking. In cases where the trip hasn’t reached the minimum number of bookings required for confirmation, your pending status can last longer. While we typically notify much sooner, you’ll get notified on whether your spot on the trip is confirmed or not at least 60 days prior to your trip.
When should I buy my flight?
Once you book your tour, your order status will be PENDING. Please refrain from buying your flight until you have received an email from us saying that your tour is CONFIRMED. In most cases, your spot will be confirmed about 24 hours after booking but in cases where the trip hasn’t reached the minimum number of bookings required for confirmation, your pending status can last longer.
I need help with booking my flight.
We don’t currently offer flight-booking services, but we are always happy to look over flight options before you book. Just email them to us at email@example.com. If you want to find the best flights/deals/time to buy, we recommend using Google Flights or the Hopper app.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is required on all of our international tours and optional for our domestic tours. You can find our minimum requirements here. You can get a quote and purchase a policy from our preferred travel insurance provider here.
Where do I purchase travel insurance?
Will I get a packing list / more info about my trip?
You will receive a “Know Before You Go” packet 2-3 weeks before your trip. This will include a packing list and other information that will be helpful before and during your tour!
How many people will be on my trip?
Most of our tours are 10-18 people. Check the Important Info section on your tours page for specifics for your trip.
If a trip doesn’t meet the minimum, will my non-refundable deposit be refunded?
Yes, your deposit will be refunded if we don’t meet the minimum number of travelers for your trip. You will be notified if the trip is confirmed or not at least 60 days before the start date of the trip.
